S4 ‘Courses, Qualifications and Careers’ workshop

If you would like to sign up for this workshop please email me on claire.aitchison@ed.ac.uk. The meeting time is 1.20 at the LEAPS office and you will be back around 4.30. A pick up is also available at Heriot Watt campus as this on the way to the school at 1.35/1.40.

This is the fast moving quiz style workshop where you assist a group of S4 pupils (14-15 year olds) with the various rounds of the quiz including the very competitive ‘university course – true or false’ and the popular ‘spot the student’ round. Your job is to encourage the pupils to discuss the questions and reach agreement as a group. The workshop also often stimulates other questions from pupils relating to university life.
