S4 Qualifications, Courses and Careers Workshop

If you would like to sign up for this workshop please email me on claire.aitchison@ed.ac.uk.The meeting time is 8.20 at the LEAPS office and you will be back around 12.15(ish). We are also to happy to pick volunteers up at Stirling Uni (9am in front of Pathfoot Building). Please just let me know when you email me if you would like a lift from the LEAPS office, Stirling Uni or if you would prefer to make your own way to the school. This is the fast moving quiz style workshop where you assist a group of S4 pupils (14-15 year olds) with the various rounds of the quiz including the very competitive ‘university course – true or false’ and the popular ‘spot the student’ round. Your job is to encourage the pupils to discuss the questions and reach agreement as a group. The workshop also often stimulates other questions from pupils relating to university life.
