'Courses, Qualifications and Careers' S4 workshop
Hawick High School, Scottish Borders
This is the fast moving quiz style workshop where you assist a group of S4 pupils (14-15 year olds) with the various rounds of the quiz including the very competitive ‘University Course – true or false’ and the popular ‘spot the student’ round. Your job is to encourage the pupils to discuss the questions and reach agreement as a group. The workshop also often stimulates other questions from pupils related to university life.
As Hawick is a wee bit of a drive away (around an hour and half) the meeting up time for this one is 11.45 at LEAPS HQ and you'll get back around 5.30pm.
